Sartomer has introduced SR217, a new UV/EB-curable monomer that is suited to a wide range of applications, including inkjet, flexo, and screen inks, metal and plastic coatings and laminating adhesives. This monofunctional monomer has a very low viscosity and surface tension and makes an excellent diluent. It is hydrophobic, and demonstrates good weathering resistance.
